- Account information. When you create an account and sign in, we collect the information needed to authenticate you and link your devices — typically your email address and username.
- Latest clipboard text. To enable auto-sync across your devices, we store your most recent clipboard text on our servers. Each new clipboard entry overwrites the previous one — we never accumulate a history of your clipboard.
- Anonymous usage metrics. We collect aggregate metrics — such as total website visits and download counts — to understand usage and improve performance. These are aggregated and not tied to individual users.
Information We Do Not Store
- Transferred files. Once a file reaches its destination device, it is automatically removed from our servers.
- Clipboard history. We only ever hold your latest clipboard entry — previous entries are permanently overwritten and never retained.
- Extra personal data. Beyond what's needed for account authentication and the anonymous metrics above, we don't collect or track additional information about you.
How We Use Information
We use account information solely to authenticate you, maintain your device list, and operate the service. We use anonymous metrics to improve reliability and performance. We do not use your information for advertising.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising or analytics trackers on our website.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not trade it to third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information only where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Linkeja and its users.

Linkeja is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
